These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SchedulRx platform and related services provided by SchedulRx Technologies ("SchedulRx", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform

You may use SchedulRx only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your business.

Your data

You retain ownership of all customer, appointment, billing, and operational data you record on the platform. You grant SchedulRx the rights necessary to host, process, and display this data to operate the service.

Fees and billing

Pricing is communicated to you during onboarding. Fees are payable as agreed in your service order. Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension of access.

Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available with high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes from time to time.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a complete export of your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchedulRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
